Hemşirelik alanındaki “obstetrik - jinekoloji” konulu yayınların bilim haritalama yöntemi ile analizi: Web of Science veri tabanı

Giriş: Doğum ve kadın hastalıkları hemşireliği, kadınların cinsel ve üreme sağlığı ile ilgilenen önemli bir bilim alanıdır. Bu çalışma ile hemşirelik alanındaki “obstetrik - jinekoloji” konulu makalelerin bibliyometrik analizinin yapılması amaçlanmıştır.
Gereç-Yöntem: Araştırma kapsamında Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanında Bibliometrix programı ile incelemeler yapılmıştır.
Bulgular: 1980-2022 yılları arasında 666 dergide, 3422 makalenin yayınlandığı bulunmuştur. Makalelerin yıllık büyüme oranı %15,06 olup, makale başı ortalama atıf 18,83’dür. 170’i tek yazarlı olmak üzere makalelerde toplam 12089 araştırmacı yer almıştır. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, Çin ve Avustralya yayın sayıları açısından önde gelen ilk üç ülkedir. Türkiye ise altıncı sıradadır. Tayvan National Yang-Ming Üniversitesi’nden Chih-Ping Chen, Peng-Hui Wang ve Wen-Hsun Chang yayınları ve atıfları açısından bu alandaki en etkili araştırmacılardır. Taiwanese Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, JOGNN-Journal of Obstetrics Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing ve BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth en etkili üç dergidir. Peter Brocklehurst’ın 2011 yılında BMJ Brit Med J’de yayınladığı “Perinatal and maternal outcomes by planned place of birth for healthy women with low risk pregnancies: the Birthplace in England national prospective cohort study” başlıklı çalışma en etkili araştırmadır.
Sonuç: Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanında hemşirelik alanındaki “Obstetrics - Gynecology” başlıklı makaleler bibliyometrik olarak kapsamlı şekilde incelenmiş ve bu alandaki araştırmacılara fayda sağlayacağına inanılan bilgiler ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Hemşirelik alanında bu konuda yapılan ilk bibliyometrik araştırma olması çalışmayı özgün kılmaktadır.
